Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to return or exchange shoes bought through our site, on the basis of them being unworn.
Returns
To return a
pair(s) of shoes,
please include the packaging slip that you received
with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send
the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of
the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order
date - unworn. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery
(unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). The
parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
Comments would be appreciated.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange colour or style or sale stock, please
follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements,
and include $10 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for
redelivery within Australia. No redelivery fee applies
on full price items when exchanging size (Australia only).
If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold
out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be
at original freight charge.
Refunds and exchanges are
processed immediately of receipt. Make sure your name, address,
phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
